The Perfect Juggler

The Perfect Juggler blog is written by Katie, a honest, open, slightly sarcastic single mum to an overly dramatic 8 year old daughter. Today I want to give a big shout out to the father Today I want to give a big shout out to the father type figures in our children's lives. Luckily I have a few from my brother to friends dad's but this guy has massively stepped up to the plate this year. He's dealt with all manner of shit from a strong willed 8 year old who doesn't like change and although he questions how he's doing regularly, he's bloody amazing. He has shown me that some blokes do have their head screwed on right and understand what priorities are when it comes to being a family. Today we went out...like life is a little bit norm Today we went out...like life is a little bit normal. Granted we went out after we'd done homeschooling and because Dale is having a horrible time at work and needed to get his head down whilst wfh but WE WENT OUT! We went to Stratford which was lovely and so quiet for a warm June day. Charlotte had an ice cream and even better no gluten cross contamination as they were just serving it in tubs! Yay! I also popped into a couple of shops which was so nice to do. After getting on the scales at the start of the we After getting on the scales at the start of the week I decided I needed to get a little handle on the huge consumption of alcohol, chocolate, biscuits and other crap before my body had a strop.
